1. Who we are
This course site (“Claude Mastery”) is operated by The testkitchen, the data controller for your personal data. For any question about your privacy or your data, contact us at robert@thetestkitchen.nl.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is needed to give you access to the course: your email address, your password (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read it), a record of your consent (the date, time and IP address at registration), your account status, and account creation/login timestamps.
3. Why we use it & legal basis
We use this data solely to give you access to the prompt library and course slides and to manage your account. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you (providing course access) and your consent, which you give when you register.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored in a non-public area of our hosting environment that is not reachable from the web. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access is limited to the course administrator(s).
5. Retention
We keep your data 12 maanden. After that, or earlier on your request, we delete your account and email address.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party marketing. Our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf as a processor. We do not transfer data outside the EEA except as stated otherwise here.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object or withdraw consent at any time. Send a request to robert@thetestkitchen.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
8. Cookies
We set a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Acceptable use
The prompts and slides are for your personal use as part of the course. Do not share your login with others and do not redistribute the course materials without permission. We may suspend accounts in case of misuse.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is dated at the top of this page. For material changes we will ask for your agreement again.
